Mark Lorenzo found his passion years ago through various forms of martial arts. This led him to develop his own personal workout strategies combining physical challenges with self-discipline, strength, flexibility, and balance. He also incorporates mindfulness practices and stress relief while building the self-confidence of his clients.
Mark will develop workouts that fit your space – home gym, living room, yard, etc, and is available for private training at Goh’s Kung Fu in Baltimore. If you belong to a private club that allows personal trainers, he can meet with you there. He welcomes clients from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ community.
Training with Mark has been an incredible benefit to my physical and mental well-being overall. He takes the time to listen to your goals and structures every session accordingly. He's a natural motivator who is gifted at explaining things, and answering all questions, in a way that's easy to understand and immediately apply.
